NMB Members can now change their address 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access the form by clicking on the 'NMB Policy Holder's Address Change Form' link below. Fill out the form and click submit. If succesful the page will be reloaded with the 'Submission Successful' red label. Print for your own records and you're *done!
