What is a Fraternal Benefit Society?
A Fraternal Benefit Society is
a corporation that exists solely for the benefit of its members and their beneficiaries.
They provide social, intellectual, educational, charitable, benevolent,
patriotic or religious programs for the benefit of their members and the public. These Societies
are not-for-profit organizations that are authorized to provide insurance and fraternal
benefits for their members.

Benefit?
National Mutual Benefit is a
Fraternal Benefit Society, with its home office located in Madison, Wisconsin.
The organization exists to offer financial security to its members through innovative
insurance products and services. National Mutual Benefit also provides fraternal
benefits to all members at no additional cost, including a disaster benefit, disease
benefit, newborn benefit and scholarship benefits.
Formed in 1902, the organization is licensed to do business under the laws of the
State of Wisconsin and has grown to include additional sales offices in Minnesota, Illinois, North Dakota, and South Dakota. NMB is currently licensed
to do business in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota,
Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming. National Mutual
Benefit puts its members and their families first and continues to develop innovative
products and value-added benefits. After a century of service to people, the organization
remains financially strong and member-driven.
